CURRICULUM NIGHT
 
The College Credit Plus Presentation was given at Curriculum Night on Thursday, February 8th.  College Credit Plus is offered for students in 7th - 12th grade.  Students taking CCP courses receive both college and highschool credit.  To view the presentation, please click on the following link.  College Credit Plus Presentation.  In addition, the required forms can be found under the College Credit Plus Information tab in the right hand column.  
 
The 7th-8th Grade Transition Presentation provided information to parents on the 8th grade curriculum, online scheduling procedures for classes, graduation requiremnts, high school curriculum and general facts about the Riverside Campus.  To view this presenation, please click on the following link: 7th-8th Presentation.

 Junior Leadership Program (JLP)
High School Sophomores and Juniors 
  • Provides transformational leadership experiences for students
  • Engages with community leaders at host sites for rich, experiential learning
  • Builds civic, communication, community service, and 21st century
    learning skills
  • Adopts a Community Impact Project and action plan for completion in concert with Global Youth Service Day each April
  • Develops career mentoring relationships with Alumni

LEAF INFORMATION
LEAF will be holding the following sessions at the LEAF Resource Center at 7700 Clocktower Drive room A-2101:  

The Freshmen/Sophomore Session on Thursday, February 1st, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. is for high school freshmen, sophomores, and their parents.  We will discuss how to be prepared for junior and senior years, and what underclassmen can be doing to prepare for education beyond high school.  Different educational options available to students will be presented.  


The NCAA Session on Thursday, February 8th, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. is for student athletes and their parents.  We will discuss pertinent items necessary for students to complete in order to participate in their sport throughout college.


Please register for your session online at leaf-ohio.org/leaf-resource-center, or call 440.525.7095 to reserve a seat.  Reservations are required, capacity is limited.  The sessions are free.
