All 6 Elementary buildings have a morning and afternoon Latchkey program.

If you are looking for Safe, Fun, and Dependable Care for your child before and/or after school then the Riverside Local Board of Education  Latchkey Program is the place for your child care needs!

We provide before and after school Latchkey services for children in grades K-5. The AM/PM Latchkey Program is held in the school gym, where everything is familiar, safe, and easy for the child and parents. We do not provide “All-Day” Latchkey for kindergarten students.

Our Staff members are employed by the Board of Education, and are eager to meet your children’s needs. Whether at school, at home, or in any other significant spot, how nice it is for children to be able to share the days experiences with others who really care!

Join us for great fun filled crafts, games and activities at Latchkey! It is the perfect place for your child to meet and keep friends. We have openings at all sites and would like to see some “New Faces” join us for a GREAT TIME!!

REGISTRATION & FORMS:
*Forms are located at all six (6) elementary building offices, Latchkey centers and on-line.
*Return registration forms to the school office or Latchkey centers.

PROGRAM COSTS & HOURS:
* Time charged out on the hour and 1/2 hour
* Rates subject to change
* $2.50 per hour
* $1.25 per half hour
* A twenty hour pre-payment of $50.00 is due before child attends.

AM PROGRAM: 6:30am to bell
Offered at all six (6) sites

PM PROGRAM: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
* Offered at all Six (6) Elementary Latchkey Sites.
* Late charge of $5 for every 15 minutes after 6:01 pm and should be used for emergency purposes only.
* PM Latchkey offers a Snack (after 4:01pm) which is included in the cost per hour

PM LATCHKEY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please return the two Latchkey Attendance Notes to the school office or Latchkey centers
* Write One Note for the Classroom Teacher
* Write One Note for the Latchkey Staff

PM PROGRAM AT LAMUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL
2:00pm to 6:00pm
*Late charge of $6 for every 15 minutes after 6:01pm
*PM Latchkey offers a snack which is included in the cost per hour
*Rates subject to change
*$3.00 per hour
*$1.50 per half hour
*A twenty hour pre-payment of $60.00 is due before child attends

At this time a morning (before school) program is not available at LaMuth.
