The Riverside Local School District has received the Auditor of State Award for Fiscal Year 2017 for filing timely financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as for receiving a 'clean' audit report.
The Riverside Local School District has received the Auditor of State Award for Fiscal Year 2017 for filing timely financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as for receiving a 'clean' audit report.
The 'clean' audit report means Riverside's financial audit did not contain findings for recovery, materials citations, materials weaknesses, significant deficiencies, Single Audit findings or any questioned costs.
The Auditor of State Award is presented to local governments and school districts upon the completion of a financial audit.
"Clean and accurate record-keeping are the foundation for good government and the taxpayers can take pride in your commitment to accountability," said Dave Yost, Auditor of State.
