Registration forms (permission slips, health forms, and finalized itineraries) will be given out as we get closer to our departure.

Our students will stay at The Doubletree Hotel, in Oak Brook, Illinois with security guards on duty after lights out. Four students will assigned to a room, and each student is guaranteed to be with at least one friend. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that your child’s roommate requests are met. It’s never too early to start thinking about roommates.

Some of our trip highlights will include: The Museum of Science and Industry, The John Hancock Observatory (Formerly known as the Sears Tower), Navy Pier, Medieval Times Dinner Show, Millennium Park, Shoreline Architecture Cruise, Authentic Deep Dish Chicago Pizza, and the John G. Shedd Aquarium.

Participation on the 7th Grade trip is a privilege offered to all students at LaMuth. However, to qualify for the trip you must display good citizenship throughout the year. If a student accumulates four or more after school detentions or two or more Saturday Academies, in-school suspensions, or out-of-school suspensions in any combination throughout the 2017-2018 school year, prior to the trip, s/he will no longer be eligible to participate in the 7th grade trip. Any infraction resulting in a three day or greater out of school suspension will preclude the student from participating. Any monies paid will not be reimbursed if infractions occur after set refund date.

Start making your plans now and saving money! In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
