Meal Services During Closure * Updated April 7

Updated on April 7, 2020

Below are important updates about Meal Services during this extended school closure:

1) There will be no meal pick-up on Monday, April 13th, due to the Easter holiday.

2) Beginning Wednesday, April 15th, meals can be picked up at either Riverview Elementary OR Buckeye Elementary from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

We will resume regularly scheduled Monday & Wednesday meal pick ups the week of April 20th at both Riverview and Buckeye.

This will continue to be drive up service only near the Latchkey entrance, at both locations. Please do not get out of your vehicle. Someone will come to your car to get your child's name(s) and then bring the meals to you. Students do not need to be present and we would prefer only one person per family come to pick the meals up. We are following guidance from the health department to limit exposure and maintain social distancing. This is to protect both staff and families.

3) We are now able to provide meals to all children age 0-18 regardless of their district or enrollment status. If you are aware of any families that would benefit from this service that do not have access to the internet, please spread the word.

We'd like to thank our Nutrition Services Department for continuing their hard work and making these meals possible for students and families throughout the community.
