Camp Forms due May 5th!
The medical form and the transportation form are due by May 4th. Students should turn in their forms to their advisory teacher.
  • If the student needs to take medication at camp, prescription or over-the-counter, the medical form must contain a doctor's signature
Download the I Love Camp Packet, which contains a general information sheet, camp rules, a packing list, the camp schedule, medical form, and transportation form.
Does your child need to take medication at camp?
There are two options to drop off medication your child needs to take at camp. A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BRING IT IN, NOT THE STUDENT. This medication must be listed on the medical form.
  1. BEFORE CAMP: Parent/Guardian can bring medication to Nurse Bobbi at LaMuth before camp week. She will put the medication in a labeled Ziploc bag, which will be transported to camp by the directors.

  2. AT CAMP: Parent/Guardian can bring medication to the nurse at camp during drop-off. Tell the teachers at the check-in area that you have medication. They will show you where to park and direct you to the clinic.
General Information

Hello Parents/Guardians and Future Campers!

Mrs. Vernon and Mrs. Combs are the 6th grade camp directors. Each year we work hard to put together a fun and unforgettable camp experience for LaMuth's 6th grade students. Below you will find basic information about camp. Please check this page for updates on camp throughout the year.

  • Camp Whitewood in Windsor, Ohio. See the link to the right.
